Drainage Rate
Installation Guide
Follow these professional steps for a perfect installation. For large projects, we recommend our certified installer network.
Site Excavation
Excavate to 75-100mm depth. Remove all organic material, roots, and debris. Ensure proper slope for drainage (1-2% grade).
Base Preparation
For PCC base: Pour 50mm concrete, level, and cure. For budget: Compact 50mm crushed gravel/grit with plate compactor.
Laying & Cutting
Unroll turf ensuring all grain direction matches. Cut with utility knife from backing side. Leave 10mm gap from walls.
Seaming & Fixing
Apply joint tape under seams. Use PU adhesive to bond. Secure perimeter with galvanized nails every 150mm.
Infilling (For 35mm+)
Brush in kiln-dried silica sand (2-4kg/m²). Work against grain direction. This helps fibers stand upright.
